Seems to be all right today, though.

Whatever was going on, it wasn’t the guild. Likely (hopefully) the boardhost folks doing maintenance. An inquiry has been sent.

Can you copy and paste to this site? I typed up a long response in a word processor and tried it. It worked once and I haven't got it to work again. Sometimes I think when writing and prefer to rewrite something a few times before actually posting it. 

This is a test of copying-and-pasting a response.

It's another relatively brief one, but uses the "Reply" button at the bottom right of the last posting to this thread.

Again, I'm editing a text file under Windows 10.
Then I'll copy its contents to the clipboard by "select all" "copy"

Now I'll paste it to the posting window using Ctrl-V.

Assuming this works, too, could it be that there's a message size limit?

Also, I'm using Netscape, which I didn't mention in my previous post.
There might be browser-specific problems.

In addition, "Show advanced message editor when posting." is selected in my Forum profile's "viewing options".
