Civil unrest is often explicitly excluded in insurance policies, and apparently that is the case here. The owner has indicated he will review his options and may turn to crowdsourcing in order to rebuild.

The webpage indicates they will recover 90% of the value of he inventory. No word yet on bricks and mortar.
