    Thanks for the good wishes.  The day itself was low key but good.
    This has not been an easy year.  For those of you who are curious you can read a full-ish account of my woes over on my blog <thesmartcat.blogspot.com>
    Whoever said aging is not for the faint of heart got it right!
    On the other hand to quote (I think) Willie Nelson "Old age and treachery always overcome youth and skill!"
