Once you are “in”, you can set up an Avatar and other personalizations by exploring “My Options” near the top of the page.  Avatars must be hosted on a platform such as Imgur or Imagbb. Once your picture is uploaded there, find the “Direct link” or “HTML thumbnail linked” and use that link in your ‘My options’, ‘Avatar & Signature’ area, ‘Change Avatar’.  

There is no charge to participate. However, the Guild may periodically announce that donations are welcomed to help defray costs.
