Nice podcast interview with Betsy, talking mainly about her father, with a really great CJ vignette at about 53 minutes (a story I'd never heard). The mention CJ's initial sales to Don, also talk publishing in general (Don's time at Avon, Ace, and DAW), and Philip K Dick in particular, hence the podcast name "Dickheads".    

Betsy said she is currently 200,000 pages "behind" on editing. Wow.
