It was already a sad week here at Chateau Dysfunction, after Id heard of the passing of two favourite musicians:1) Robbie Robertson from The Band, and 2) just a day later Sixto 'Sugar Man' Rodriguez, who was probably better known here in Oz and in South Africa than he was in his native Detroit.

But in the last hour I've just learnt of the death of one of my favourite Australian singers who had been suffering from oesophagal cancer - Ron Peno, lead vocalist of The Died Pretty, another criminally underrated Australian band..  I'm gutted.
