Inexpensive CJ hardbacks from Phantasia
These are "new old stock" trade editions, and they are beautiful books. All are true first editions.

The quality of our trade editions was far superior to the others, using more expensive acid-free paper and sewn rather than glued. They were also made with cloth bindings rather than paper. For Media Mail, please add $5 for the first book and $3 dollars for each additional.For UPS, add $12 for the first book and $3 for each additional book.

I second and fully support the mahe's recommendation.
I have these books in my own collection, starting from when I was still living in Hobart and buying them from Merv Binns' late lamented Space Age Books in Melbourne in the early 1980s. The quality was palpably better than other publishers were offering at the time and it's partly what prompted me to try to collect more of what I could of CJ's work in hardcover format.
As Molly would say, "do yourselves a favour!''.
It's a strange world. Let's keep it that way.
