we have an extensive low pressure system over the Eastern U.S. The center of rotation appears to be near Columbus, OH. It's been raining here in Ohio all day, and my basement has a lot of water in it. Fortunately, it doesn't flood, but the foundation seeps and water takes days to evaporate.

It was three long days. I am enjoying not going to bed at sunset! And hoping that the power stays on during the next blow.

Thursday, we came up for air after 3 days continuous downpours. Yesterday and today--and probably tomorrow too--back to the constant rains. Somebody pass me a snorkel.
